We are pleased to announce that Uni Finance ApS has been acquired by UK based ROI Media Ltd. By April 1st 2022 ROI Media has acquired 100% of the shares from Stolc Holding ApS and Dotcom Capital.
Uni Finance is specialised in financial lead generation in Scandinavia and was founded in 2018 by Allan Stolc. In 2019, Uni Finance joined the Dotcom family.
